What People Say
To all the staff at Alphabet House, we wanted to say a huge thank you. Harry has absolutely flourished in your care – ever since his first day in the ‘baby room’. To all of you, your hard work, enthusiasm and commitment has been extra-ordinary and we can not thank you enough.
We are so pleased with how well Poppy has settled in with you, she was buzzing when I came to collect her and when we got in the car she kept saying she wanted to go back into nursery!
I really like the way the children interact with the local community by joining the church, supporting the Harvest Festival and establishing links with Lowdham School. Millie seems to really enjoy her day and I am really confident that the staff make her feel safe and special.
Since Harry has been under your care we have been very impressed with the care, guidance and support offered by yourselves to our son. Home/nursery communication is regular and beneficial. We are really grateful that your activities are tailored to bring the best out of Harry. The most important aspect of your work is that we feel our son is completely safe in your care. It is clear on a daily basis that this is a core priority for yourselves and as parents there can be no greater reassurance than this.

I will never forget the support and family environment this nursery has provided our family. I have always held this nursery in high esteem and always felt the staff go above and beyond.
Thank you for all the effort and input you’ve given to Elias. He’s developed so much and the fact that he is so ready for school shows your love, care and commitment. We really appreciate all your efforts.
Thank you to everyone for all your hard work, love, support and attention that you have given to both my boys over the last 7 years! The transition of returning to work was made far more bearable knowing that my boys were in such good hands and I can not thank you all enough for that. They both loved their time at Alphabet House and Arthur will miss you all.
Thank you to you all for supporting Harrison and Fraser during their time at White Post. They have developed into ‘proper little boys’ ready for their next steps. I can’t explain my appreciation to you over the last 5 years and wish you all the best of luck and every success moving forward.
Louise, Chris, Harrison and Fraser
We cant say thank you enough for how well you all looked after Eleanor in the 3 years she has been with you. She loves coming to nursery and has learnt loads – you’ve even got her eating more variety! We often get told ‘Nursery says’ an she’s still singing ‘You’ve got a friend in me’ with all the actions. She’ll be back before and after school for more fun. Thank you.

We cannot thank you enough for everything you have done for Violet. She has been here since she was 8 months old and wouldn’t be the bright, confident and bouncy girl she is today without your love and support.

May we take this opportunity to thank you and your fantastic team for everything you have done in supporting and developing Francesca. Over the years we have watched her grow and develop not a confident, happy and bright young girl. And we have no doubt about the role that the staff at White post have had in her learning and development. With many thanks.
Darren Kelham and Ruth Wills.
Harry has really enjoyed his time at nursery – thanks for looking after him so well.
My daughter Kaitlin is in the toddler room. She transferred to your nursery from another one and went into Mini Tots. I never thought I’d find a nursery where I felt as happy as I did leaving Kaitlin as I did at her old one …. But I do at Alphabet House. The staff are lovely and you can tell that they really care about the children. Over the past couple of weeks, I have got to know Kaitlin’s key worker Sophie a bit better and I am so grateful for all the work she is putting in to support Kaitlin with her speech and can tell that she really likes Kaitlin. And I can tell from Kaitlin that she feels safe with her. The staff are so reassuring and lovely and I will be sending my younger daughter there when she is a little older. No concerns with this nursery – it’s fab!
Lyla came to Alphabet House in March 2016 after a bad experience at her previous nursery. Since she’s attended here she has made significant progress in ALL areas, her speech and language skills especially. She often comes home and talks about all of the friends she’s made and the staff also often get a mention. I know she’s kept busy every day with the gigantic folder of drawings and pictures we now have. Not only do I know that Lyla loves being here, but I also am confident and reassured that she is happy and safe.
