At Alphabet House Day Nurseries we recognise that our staff are our most valuable asset, making the difference between standard childcare and the exceptional childcare we provide at Alphabet House.

At Alphabet House we have a modern forward thinking approach to childcare. We like our staff to enjoy work and have fun being there. Everybody has an opinion and each person is listened to from our young trainees to our experienced managers. The nurseries are heavily invested in, we provide environments that are fresh and exciting and that you and the children are comfortable being in. No two days are the same on a lovely day the gardens are great fun, whilst another you may be taking part in a yoga or dance class with the children.
We aim to provide a positive and empowering environment for all our staff to work within. We continually strive to be “outstanding” in all we do. We expect high commitment and hard work from all our staff and as a management team we expect the same of ourselves.
You can therefore expect clear policies on all the things that might concern you and to be supported as you join us to get used to our procedures. We will of course also give ongoing support as you become confident in delivering your role.
We invest in training and development for all our staff whether they are just learning or are skilled practitioners. We use outside providers and in house trainers to ensure we remain up to date on a variety of topics.
We want you to feel a great sense of achievement at work. After all you are doing something so special when you help any young child to develop. When you tell a parent what their child has achieved we want you to be proud you helped it to happen.
